The receptionist, Katie had excellent service and was very organised and efficient in helping me solve my issue. She made the process much simpler for me and overall had great work ethics. I highly recommend this place! 10/10

Very disappointing, wanted to get a quote but was informed by Staff, that I had to pay $150 to get an official quote. Not good business ethics.

SWCC has been great to me during my first accident. In specific, Manal has taken care of my case as well as me by reaching out personally to not only advise me, but seek alternatives. As someone who was worried as hell in their first car accident I highly recommend SWCC and greatly review Manal in her timeliness as well as her effort in giving me the best choices.

This place is awesome. Excellent staff that really have a passion for what they do. They managed to do the 1 thing that Ford could never, deliver a straight car. My car was pretty bad when it was dropped off, when i picked it up it was better and straighter than when it rolled out of the factory. They even managed to get rid of the factory paint ripples.I am unable to express how impressed i am with the level of professionalism and quality of work!Thank You Team SWCC

SWCC took great care of me at a time I was panicking. Service was excellent. Received my car back in impeccable condition. Customer service in particular Moe and Manal were amazing. I had an accident on parramatta road, one of the team members I think his name was Mohammad was driving past, he organised a tow truck gave me a lift to the shop, we did all the paperwork and by the time i had gotten home i had a replacement vehicle parked in my diveway, i was blown away!! the car looks great, really happy with the process, THANK YOU GUYS

Highly recommended this guys has managed to change my idea about a car that has been in Accident can not be back as original but its not the case with Sydney wide Collision Centre this is the second car i got it fixed with this guys one was a Performance Vehicle and the other one was a family sedan and both times i was lost of words when i saw the car how Professionally the job is done as much as i Talk about it i can’t find the right wordes to describe you and your work guys thank you so much and any time in the future if i need to get any repair done my destination will be Sydney wide collision Centre.

My daughter, a learner driver scratched my car. I fixed all the other small scratches together. I did not want to spend much money as my car is 13 years old. All the other repair service quoted double or even triple compared with Sydney Wide Collision Centre.I was very happy with the job. The receptionist was nice and friendly,too.

I had my car looked at by the boys at SWCC to get a idea on what the repair process and cost will be to fix the damage on my car. I was given the full breakdown of the process and the cost of the work to be completed was very reasonable compared to other repair centers i visited prior to taking my vehicle to SWCC.From the very first moment I felt very welcome and comfortable while dealing with them, the workmanship and service was 2nd to none. The boys were working on my car like it was their own. My car came back looking better then when i bought it of the showroom floor. Not a single defect in the paint or panels, everything looked perfect.The whole process from when i dropped it off to when i got my car back was flawless. I highly recommend SWCC to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and honest repair shop. Thanks againMichael
